In a word, change. In a lot more words, a strong argument by Sen. Kerry for why we need it, and why Barack Obama is the guy to bring it. Senator Kerry spoke to George Stephanopoulos this morning about why he supports Barack Obama, and why he is the right candidate at the right time. He also made very clear that he respects the other candidates, than that he will "fight like crazy" for the eventual nominee. Pretty classy, but then I expected no less.
The entire show was excellent, including the roundtable. Hope to see video soon at the ABC website, but for now, here's the interview with Sen. Kerry.
UPDATE - The video is available at the ABC website

Great interview and he was right on at the end when Stephanopolous was trying to switch to non-issues and gossip. "It's a ridiculous waste of time". Amen, Senator Kerry.

Sen. Kerry was fantastic. Forceful, clear, and totally in CHARGE of that interview. He deftly deflected Stephanopoulos' attempts to get JK to microdissect Obama's voting record, and he categorically refused to discuss gossip about his relationship with Edwards ("a ridiculous waste of time"). Generous and gutsy.
Bravo, JK!

Thanks for posting the video!
Sen. Kerry was amazing. He laid out a strong case for an Obama presidency, defining his character, experience and leadership. Kerry is absolutely right about the effects of Bush's inattention to the divisiveness in our country: it's gotten worse. I was extremely impressed by his conviction to stay on topic and not let Stephanopoulos drag him into the gossip/rumor mill. Bravo!

Wow!!! What vision and courage John Kerry displayed. He just knows who's best for the whole country NOW, and he's selfless enough to showcase that person's achievements, even if JK has to point out what he considers now to be a mistake of his own that he made in the past. Unheard of in a politics where personal egos reign supreme. John Kerry is letting us hear his voice and his strength of conviction in such a beautifully clear and strong way that no one can misinterpret his words, or force him to address topics of no importance. A true leader in his own right, who is willing to put aside his own personal aspirations and put the country first. I'll always seek JK's opinion on the political scene first because he knows what leadership, truth, and altruism mean. I am just so proud of him!

Great interview by JK - thanks for posting!
I really am proud of how John Kerry strongly promoted his candidate, Barack Obama, without bashing the others. I love that he said he "will fight like crazy" for whoever is the nominee, and that any of Clinton, Edwards, or Obama will lead this country in the right direction.
I am most proud of the argument he made for Obama - about Obama having the potential to be a transformational leader, restore this country's moral authority, and begin to heal the partisan divide that is tearing this country apart.
I so wish I could campaign and vote for John Kerry for President this year. But with an endorsement like that - not just the fact of endorsement, but the rationale for the endorsement and the passion behind it - I can wholeheartedly support Barack Obama, and know that we are all working together for what is right and best.

Great interview. JK expressed his decision to endorse Sen. Obama so sincerely. And I am glad that Sen. Kerry was and I hope Sen. Obama will be on national TV more often. After Ned Lamont, Conn. won the democratic primary all you heard, saw and read was about Sen. Lieberman. I feel the same about Sen. Clinton, she is getting all the attention now. Don't let up, Sen. Obama should grab the MSM attention back again, don't make Lamont's mistake. By the way Sen. Kerry is so right about how people are the major force for change. Sen. Kerry is one decent person.
